What are the delivery charges for orders from The Centre Line?

What payment methods are accepted at The Centre Line?

We accept all major credit & debit cards using our secure payment processor (Stripe) and payments made through PayPal.

Is your site secure?

Yes!

We use SSL encryption from the very minute you land on our website. All the way through your purchase, your details are protected, safe, and secure.

You can tell a website is safe if the ‘green padlock’ is showing in your browser’s address bar!

How long will delivery take?

Delivery for in stock products is usually next day via DPD Monday to Friday. For custom or out of stock products please check the product page for estimated delivery times or contact us if you require an exact date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We accept orders from all over the world – just select international shipping at the checkout.

Please Note: Our international shipping is a standard rate, if you’d like a quote for smaller items please email us at info@equinery.co.uk with your request and we’ll provide you with a detailed quote.

What exactly happens after I place my order?

Your order will be processed at our warehouse in Kent. You will recieve an email to confirm shiping once your order has left the building! This email will contain all your tracking information. DPD will also be in touch via email, text or the app if you have it on the morning of you delivery (before 11am) to confirm a 1 hour time slot. You will also have the option to change the delivery date, leave with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Do I recieve an invoice for my order?

You will recieve an order confirmation by email (please check your spam folder if you have not recieved it). If you need a VAT invoice please email us with your order no. and we will get a copy sent over to you.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for all standard items within 14 days of purchase, if in original packaging and ‘as new’ (i.e re-saleable) condition.
