1. Your Right to Cancel

1.1 If you are a UK consumer you have 14 days from delivery to cancel.
1.2 You then have 14 days to return the goods.

2. Refunds

2.1 We refund:
• the item price
• standard outbound delivery if the full order is cancelled
2.2 Express delivery upgrades are not refundable.
2.3 Return postage is your responsibility unless goods are faulty.
2.4 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

3. Condition of Returns

3.1 Items must be in resaleable condition.
3.2 We may reduce refunds where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
3.3 We may retain photographic evidence for dispute defence.

4. Non Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:
• personalised or bespoke goods
• goods made to your specification
• customised items
• perishable supplements
• opened hygiene or safety products
• goods used beyond inspection

5. Special Order Items

5.1 Where goods are sourced specifically at your request and cannot reasonably be resold, cancellation may not be possible once supplier orders are confirmed.
5.2 This does not affect statutory rights for faulty goods.
5.3 Where cancellation rights apply under consumer law they will not be excluded.
