1. About Us
1.1 The CentreLine is a trading name of Absolute Equestrian Collective Ltd.
1.2 When you purchase from our website, you are contracting with Absolute Equestrian Collective Ltd.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
2.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods.
2.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.
2.3 We may refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including for:
• pricing or stock errors
• suspected fraud or unauthorised payment use
• abnormal purchasing behaviour
• misuse of discount codes
2.4 If payment has been taken and we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Products
3.1 We sell equestrian equipment, rider wear, supplements and accessories supplied by third-party manufacturers.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your intended use.
3.3 Product images are illustrative and minor variations may occur.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
4.3 We accept:
• debit and credit cards
• PayPal
• Klarna and approved finance providers
4.4 By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Klarna
5.1 If you choose Klarna, your agreement is with Klarna Bank AB (publ).
5.2 Klarna’s terms apply in addition to ours.
5.3 We share necessary personal and order data with Klarna for credit assessment and fraud prevention.
5.4 Klarna may conduct credit checks and late payment may affect your credit rating.
5.5 Refunds for Klarna purchases are processed to Klarna who will adjust your agreement in accordance with their terms.
5.6 We are not responsible for Klarna’s lending decisions or charges.
6. Pre Orders
6.1 Dispatch dates for pre order items are estimates only.
6.2 You may cancel a pre order before dispatch for a full refund.
7. Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription payments are taken automatically at the selected interval.
7.2 You may cancel before the next billing date.
7.3 We may amend subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery times are estimates only.
8.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery.
8.3 Ownership passes once full payment is received.
8.4 International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
8.5 Courier confirmation of delivery to the address provided will be treated as prima facie evidence of delivery, subject to reasonable investigation where required.
9. Fraud and Chargebacks
9.1 We may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud including requesting additional verification.
9.2 We may share necessary transaction and delivery data with payment providers to defend disputes.
9.3 We reserve the right to recover documented losses arising from fraudulent chargebacks where legally permitted.
9.4 Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.
10. Faulty Goods
10.1 Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
10.2 Within 30 days you may reject faulty goods for a full refund.
10.3 After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance.
10.4 Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
11.1 Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.
11.2 These do not replace your statutory rights.
12. Clinics
12.1 We may run clinics to assist with fitting and adjustment of:
• Ryde stirrups
• Scharf girths
12.2 Clinics provide product-specific guidance only.
12.3 Equestrian activities carry inherent risk.
12.4 Final responsibility for suitability and safety checks rests with the rider or owner.
12.5 Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or statutory consumer rights.
13.2 Subject to applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant goods.
13.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of competition fees or business losses.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
